Is the project right for me?
Are you a parent who experiences high levels of anxiety with a child aged two to eleven?
Could you help us test our online course and help protect children from getting anxiety? You will either be asked to complete the online modules OR just to respond to your questionnaires.
The course is practical and flexible. Each module is 20 minutes, you can do them when you want and on whatever device suits you.
We all want our children to thrive but parenting with anxiety can be a challenge. The world does not always seem like a safe place. However, there is evidence that, with the right support, anxious parents can develop new ways to help their children take flight.
