We all want our children to thrive but parenting with anxiety can be a challenge. The world does not always seem like a safe place. However, there is evidence that, with the right support, anxious parents can develop new ways to help their children take flight.
The Parenting with Anxiety project is testing a new online course to help parents who experience anxiety and their children so they can become more confident together.
The online course is practical - you will learn skills and exercises designed by leading anxiety researchers to try out with your child.
It’s flexible - requiring a commitment of just 20 minutes per week at whatever time suits you.
It’s convenient - you can do it on your smartphone, tablet or computer, wherever you feel comfortable.
We ask that only one parent from each household takes part in the study to ensure we can reach the most families. However, when a parent receives a login to the course, they can invite another person to view a copy the content.
